Cancellation policy
For tours lasting up to two day:
- 2 days or 48 hours prior: 100% refund of the money.
- 1 day or 24 hours prior: 50% refund of the money.
- Cancellation on the day of the tour o% refund of the money.
For tours lasting three or four days:
- Up to 25 days prior to srart of program: 100% refund of tbe money minus any non-refundable amounts, subject to notes below.
- 24 to 15 days prior ro start of progran1: 50% refund of thc money.
- Less than 15 days before start of program: o% refund of the money.
- No show or late arrival may result in changes in your program or loss of your booking payment. A refund will be dependent upon the circumstances.
- Custom designed programs / bookings, will incur a $30 per person non-refundable penalty for cancellations made any time after the booking has been confirmed.
